The Studio
Magic Valley Premier Homes began with Denisse Stokes and her husband, Jason, renovating homes together. After spending a season managing new construction for a local developer, Denisse realized the part she loved most wasn’t simply building the house, it was getting to know the people who would call it home.
That became the foundation for Magic Valley Premier Homes: a more personal, thoughtful approach to custom home building. Today, we design and build homes throughout the Magic Valley around the people who will live in them, the way they live, the details they value, and the vision they have for home.
We believe beautiful, elevated homes can also feel attainable and livable. With thoughtful design, intentional choices, and a collaborative process, we focus on creating a home that feels distinctly yours, not one adapted from someone else’s idea of how you should live.
Our clients have a way of becoming friends, neighbors, and familiar faces in our community. That’s why we approach every home with the same care and attention we’d want for our own.

Denisse is the founder and driving force behind Magic Valley Premier Homes. With hands-on experience spanning renovations, development, and custom construction, she brings a rare combination of building knowledge, instinct, and genuine care to every home. She leads each project personally, from the earliest conversations through the final details—building strong relationships with her clients and trades along the way. For Denisse, a successful build isn’t just a beautiful home; it’s a home her clients love and a relationship that lasts long after the keys are handed over.

Des brings an exceptional eye, thoughtful organization, and incredible attention to detail to every home. She works closely with each client through weekly one-on-one meetings, guiding selections and translating their ideas into a cohesive vision through detailed design boards, build binders, and hyper-realistic renderings that let them see their home before it comes together. Equal parts creative and meticulous, Des has a talent for finding the details clients didn’t know they were missing and making every space feel personal and beautifully considered. Behind it all is the warmth and genuine care that makes working with her feel less like a design appointment and more like creating a home alongside a good friend.
Molly Marrone
Project Coordinator · Cabinet Drafter
Molly works alongside Denisse to keep the many moving pieces of each build connected. She works closely with clients and trades, coordinating bids, schedules, communication, and managing each project through the client portal, while staying on top of the details that keep everything moving forward. That same attention to detail carries into her cabinetry work, where she drafts custom layouts with a focus on function, flow, and making the most of every inch. Driven, organized, and always ready to solve the next problem, Molly helps make sure nothing gets lost between the plans, the people, and the finished home.
